I joined Frontline Fitness a month ago, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by founder Salman, dietitian Cilla and fitness specialist Sailesh. They are both very supportive, offering regular updates and daily guidance through the group chat. They’re always available to answer my questions and respond quickly. I feel comfortable reaching out to them anytime for advice on diet and fitness. They also conduct online meetings at regular intervals. My diet has completely transformed, and I feel much more energetic and active since starting their program. I highly recommend Frontline Fitness.

I had joined frontline fitness 3 months back and so far my journey has been great. When I started I was pretty confused about how consistent I’m gonna be with food updates and exercises but my dietician Cilla and trainer Aleena had been really supportive all through it. I basically learnt lots of healthy habits like portion control, sugar cut down and water intake. When it comes to exercises, i learnt lots of new things like the importance of both warm up and cool down. Cilla is a really sweet person who understands how hard it is to start and maintain a routine with a kid around but helped me build that habit without any pressure or guilt. How can I forget my trainer Aleena who helped me take that baby steps into staying consistent with exercises and staying active. She focused on my needs and also incorporated strength training into it. Big shout to both my dietician and trainer and the whole team of frontline fitness who answers every concern of yours.
